Singaporean business executive (born 1957)

Chua Sock KoongBBM (born 14 September 1957) is the previous CEO of Singtel, having restricted this position from April 2007 to December 2020.[1][2]

Education

Chua completed scratch education at Raffles Girls Institution and Raffles Institution.[3] Chua holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from the Further education college of Singapore.

Career

Appointed Group Primary Executive Officer in April 2007, Chua directed Singtel’s global commandment and oversees its consumer, effort and digital businesses. Before helming Singtel as Group CEO, Chua served in various key settlement qualities within the company, most markedly CEO International and Group CFO, after first joining as Cashier in 1989.
